Were his parents being too harsh, asked a concerned STOMPer who spotted this boy apparently locked outside his house at 10pm.
The STOMPer wrote:
“Is this how parents should love and care for their child — by locking them out of the house at 10pm?
“I admit as kids we do get mischievous but this is not a way a parent should treat a child.”
